About Team Science
Team Science is the reflective study of how groups of scientists can do their best work advancing scientific research. Focusing on practices in communication, participation, decision making, and conflict resolution, the field offers all research team members ways to:
· Guide their teams through development, evolution, and maturation as they complete research projects
· Advance team and individual development
· Prevent and resolve conflicts
Research teams that employ team science practices consistently show higher performance in publication, funding, innovation, and impact.
